Fashion Film Saturday’s present:
Dolce & Gabbana’s “Italiana” by Luca Finotti.
Featuring their Spring/Summer 2012 Matt Silk Collection, the ‘50’s esque composition of the film played upon that ironic jealousy between mother and daughter. With details such as the classic car, Italian scenery, vintage music and fresh produce, Finotti applies classic filmic traits of a fifties Italian comedy to the beautiful montage.
Natural Italian beauties Bianca Balti and Anna Orso star within the short film, as the classic shaped sunglasses are brought to life in a contextualisation of the inspiration behind their design,
with love.
